Andhra Pradesh: 10 injured during Jallikattu event in Tirupati
• In Gudipalli village of Kuppam district, a bull hit a train and died on the spot. • Another bull ran over the crowd, injuring many people. • Jallikattu was also held in Anuppalle of Chandragiri constituency, Tirupati district on Bhogi day and many were injured. At least 10 people were injured in Rangampet village in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh on Monday during Jallikattu, a popular traditional sport that is held during Sankranti, Tv9 Telugu reported. The injured have been shifted to the nearby hospital and police are in the process of registering cases against people who held the event.
